 ........Guangzhou Zhengtai Corrugated Container Co., Ltd. is a Sino-Hongkong joint-venture enterprise established in 1996. Since then we have been operating at 38 Fengle North Road, Huangpu, Guangzhou of which the total area is around twenty five thousand square meters. We specialize in the production of corrugated boards and carton containers. Our annual production capacity reaches thirty eight million square meters for corrugated boards and twenty eight million square meters for carton boxes/containers (i.e.around one hundred and twenty thousand pieces per day).
........Guangzhou Zhengtai is technically strong. We have a very experienced work team. Our managerial staff and technical experts are all from the best of the packaging industry. We manage to become one of the major suppliers of carton boxes/containers and packaging services in Huangpu Economic Development Zone and Zhujiang Delta region. Moreover we sell to huge and medium sized international, national and foreign manufacturers of electronic appliances, oil by-products, medical, edible and chemical products, tobacco and daily utensils.
........In order to ensure quality to you, our prestigious customers, Guangzhou Zhengtai imported a Taiwan made corrugated board production line with built-in computer-aided production management system. In addition we also installed a double-color and a triple-color flexo printers, a four-color halftone flexo printer, automatic die-cutters and folder gluer, a high performance board liner and other advanced equipment.
........Guangzhou Zhengtai also has a sophisticated quality management system. We carry out tests, examinations, inspection and looping corrective procedures to control quality throughout the whole process from material in-take down to the delivery of finished products. We have also implemented tight control measures to protest, with top priority, your rights to intellectual property.
........Since 1997 we obtained certification of ISO9002 from HKQAA.We continuously extended the ISO practices and successfully obtained the certification of ISO9001: 2000 in February 2002.
